Sailing Cup Poem

A few poetic words from .. (Secret) about the First Sailing Cup

“Peter Sadler Senior and his two sons, David and Peter Junior, set sail for fun. The boats glide smoothly, the wind in their sails, Around Hobson Bay on this Sunday morning they trail.

The water glistens in the morning light, As they race each other with all their might. The competition fierce, but the love is strong, Father and sons, together they belong.

They tack and jibe, maneuvering with ease, Their skill and expertise is sure to please. The wind picks up, the boats start to lean, The three of them work together as a team.

As they round the buoys and head for home, The excitement builds, they can’t wait to roam. The finish line in sight, the tension high, As they cross it together, with a victorious sigh.

Peter Sadler Senior and his two sons, David and Peter Junior, share the fun. A bond that’s strong, on the water they thrive, In each other’s company, they truly come alive.”
