Inbound Stock Processing Times

Receiving Hours:

Inbound stock by external carriers will only be accepted between the hours of 9:00-16:00 Monday to Friday.

Processing Times:

Please allow 48 hours from the time we receive the stock (or time the PO is submitted, whichever is latest) to verify and allocate your stock.

You will receive an email notification once your stock is verified, and another once it is allocated.

Once the stock is allocated you will be able to add stock to sales orders.
