Due to our commitment to providing the highest quality of service possible, training and recruitment is one of the most important things we do at Peter Sadler. The importance of this is amplified by the fact that most of the items handled by our team are heavy and require a high level of specialised skill.
So, what does our training regime look like?
- Online induction program.
- Induction day in which staff are provided an introduction to the basics of all areas of Peter Sadler.
- Four full days of on-road training with a team leader.
- Quarterly re-training.
- Voluntary up-skilling and re-training.
